A time ago tried to install Linux mint with xp in dual boot but always stuck with boot menu problems.
Can anyone write guide how for sure these 3 will work together?
I can stay with only one windows version but must have at least one along side with Linux.
Thank you for helping

Can you give us a little more information? I assume that you are using Mint 13. What exactly happens with the boot menu?

I tried this about a month ago but the main problem is boot error. I can't access to win7 or Linux. It told me grub error and stucked there. I understood that grub ruined boot and after several attempts to fix it just formatted the hdd and installed win 7 + xp in dual boot. Now I have time to try this again and ask for advice how to install Linux if i have already two windows in dual boot.

When you install the additional linux distros, install GRUB to / root instead of the default MBR. You can edit your original GRUB later if you need to.

Sounds like grub became corrupted for whatever reason. Try again, if you have windows recovery disks it is easy to rewrite the MBR of the drive. No need to reinstall. Of course, if you don't have another computer, look up how to reinstall the Windows bootloader before trying to install linux again.
