thinkpad issues and linux tools for kde??

all kde temp applets are saying my cpu is around c51 is that normal?

are there any tools for thinkpad for ubuntu that are useful? laptop tools

any way to control the intel turbo boost

51C isn't too bad with high ambient temperature. How high do the temps get when you are watching a flash video? Which model do you have(some models are hotter)?

Consider installing thinkfan for better fan control, I also use TLP for power management.
x220, w520, x201 (WXGA+), x61t (SXGA+)

Just popped in to answer as no one else has, the TubroBoost modules do not function under Linux.

I know it's about a month after you asked, but I figured I would answer anyway in case someone else has the same question.
New:
