Hello,
My problem is that the sound in Linux Mint is too low. Of course I can increase it to around 150% instead of the default 100% but it is a pain to do it from the sound options each time.
From the headphones the sound is good on Mint.
On Windows it's good from both speakers and headphones.
So, I exclude a hardware problem.
Using alsamixer, everything is set to 100% there. Auto-Mute is disabled.
OS: Linux Mint 13 LTS x64 with Cinnamon 1.8.8
Any ideas?
