Which of X200/X201 series laptop have GPS hardware?

Is it usable under Linux?

I can't really tell which have GPS or not.

However a Ericsson F3507g mini-pci-e card can be bought and installed in a X200/X200s
Thinkpad X61 T7100, 4gb ram, 160 gb hdd
Thinkpad X60 T7200, 2gb ram, 60 gb ssd
