Wifi dosn't work after waking up. X60 + Ubuntu

Sometimes, wifi won't be able to reconnect after waking up from sleep. I remember having similar issues with Windows too. I searched and found this post:
http://justaddwater.dk/2007/07/25/lenov ... r-standby/. It suggest turning off "Deep Smart Power Down" in Windows. Does anyone know what's the equivalent in Linux? Thanks.

You may try to use Powertop package to adjust power-saving settings for your wireless card.

in arch linux /etc/default/tlp - and there is some parameters so have a look in ubuntu it may be there too
