I've read in thinkwiki that IBM T21 supports using an external monitor plus the LCD as one big monitor. How to configure that? I haven't found any manuals in google yet... I'm using Debian Testing.

You have to configure you xorg.conf file.
I had this issue before as I wanted to clone my laptop onto my CRT monitor.
Best thing to do is check on the debian forums.

I don't want to clone picture from LCD to external monitor, I want to have diffrent picture on each monitror. I know that I've to configure xorg.conf. I don't know how. I don't know what I should write there.

You will have to do some research, it is kind of complicated.
You can try to set up xinerama for dual-head support, but if your machine has a radeon card, then you have to set up the option in the xorg.conf according to the radeon man page. I took a stab at it once, and generally it is non-obvious how to do it correctly.

My IBM T21 have S3 Savage IX8 and I've heard that it can work (look there:
http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/S3_Savage_IX8)but I haven't found any howto.
I have T21 with 14,1' screen with 768x1024 resolution and Nec Multisync 1970V as external monitor. I tried running it on Windows but in doesn't work.
