How to get TV out on IBM T22 laptop?

Hi!

I am using PCLinuxOS 2007 final (based on Mandriva) on my T22, works just fine!
But how to get TV out on IBM T22 laptop? There is S3 swich programm -http://www.probo.com/timr/savage40.html , bet seems this one is old. I am using generic savage driver on xorg, works fine , ever DRI works, but need get TVOUT?

TV must be PAL, where to say OS that I want TV Out?
