Filesystem unmount problem when shutting down

#1 Post by Little_buddha » Mon Oct 25, 2004 1:56 pm

Hello,

I'm using a gentoo with my t42 and sometimes i have a problem when shutting down: just before the laptop power off, i get an error :

Remounting filesystems read-only [!!]

and i've got to wait for fsck to check the / partition at teh next boot

There are no errors in my log file :/. I don't know if it's a software or hardware (bios configuration ?) problem. I'm wondering if someone had the same problem... And if he solved it.

Thanks in advance.
