Linux & T23 Print Screen Key

I managed to get such superb results from the Live CD Xubuntu 7.04 in my T23 that I went ahead and dual
booted it. The newest version of the Ubuntus do a great job of detecting and installing hardware, installing and running
live cd versions and auto resizing, partitioning and dual
boot setup.
I went ahead and used the Live CD to install dual boot Xubuntu and Win 2000 Pro (SP4) on my T23 and Ubuntu in my Dell Optiplex GX60 with Windows XP Pro SP2.
By the way, the Dell dual boot lasted about two weeks and
crashed. Dual boot was shakey from the start, so I ditched Win XP and just installed Ubuntu 7.04. I did both PCs back in June. I couldn't be more pleased.
I have a question. My Dell Print Screen key is
fully functional but the Print Key on my T23 does not
respond in Xubuntu, which means I do not have the
warm boot (reboot with power on, no file damage) option available to me on the T23 (Ctrl + Printscreen down + type REISUB)
Is this result of the keyboard settings? That is, should I try
a different setting? I assume the T23 was setup by Xubuntu auto install the same way as my Dell "Lang=Eng"
Help please.
By the way, The Ubuntus work well with T23. Everything was auto setup by Xubuntu detect & install. Also, I suspect
dual boot works much better with Windows 2000 than with
Windows XP. (I defragged the hard drives several times
before resizing and partitioning both hard drives.)
