gOS Rocket: A basic entertainment distro.

If you've a PC lying around with specifications as low as 1GHz Pentium III, 256MB RAM, 2GB HDD space and your main aim is just to use it for entertainment, music, internet etc. then give gOS Rocket a try. It also comes with MAC OS X Leopard like Dock called the iBar.

gOS is actually going to be used by Everex in their UMPC Cloudbook - a competitor to Asus's EEE PC.

Cloudbook looks quite compact, the specs are way better for gOS.

I installed gOS on an old PC for my daughter so that she could play online games, so far so good.
