x61 tablet screen resolution

I'm using ubuntu gutsy, and my current screen resolution is 1024x760.
i have an x61 tablet, and i would like to go to a higher resolution, however I don't know what the maximum resolution is for my screen. I see that there is a model of x61 tablet with a "1400x1050 resolution and Super-Wide Viewing Angle (145 ppi)" but i don't know how to tell whether of not this is the one i have. I know i have a multitouch tablet, and i don't know what "super-wide viewing angle" is since this is my first laptop. screen is still readable at about a 10 degree angle to the screen though (the screen being the plane) but that's not really quantifiable...
in the "screens and graphics" configuration, my screen is listed as "LCD Panel 1024x760"
in short: how can i tell which screen i have or what my maximum resolution is?
