I'm running Fedora 8 on a new R61i. I just got Dual Head running so I could use a second, larger monitor when working at home, but I would like to be able to close the cover to the laptop (and shut off its display) when I'm working from the one remote monitor. Why have two running if not necessary?
I haven't been able to figure this one out. Dual Head may be the wrong approach, because I think it may be designed to allow two monitors to run simultaneously. Any thoughts?
Thank you.
