Has anyone tried using Wubi to install Hardy? I personally just tried it on my system and I think it worked pretty well. The whole installation took less than 20 minutes.

I used it on a few computers at my school's Installfest for linux, and it works great. It is a little slower in startup and hard drive access, but otherwise is just like a real install.

doesn't work on some computers though, depending on their setup (raid0 kills it for one example)

If I had a need, or knew a long-time Windows user who had a need, I'd certainly give it a try.

But right now, all I hear in my head is an impatient three year-old yelling "I want my wubi!"
