vista/hardy dual-boot guide for T61p

#1 Post by blamblamblam » Wed Apr 30, 2008 3:05 am

At risk of posting a dupe (I mentioned this in the Tx-series forum as well), I just wanted to share my sketch guide to setting up Vista and Ubuntu 8.04 on my new T61p. Hope it encourages all of you out there who are thinking about using Linux but aren't ready to go whole-hog.

Very nicely done!

Thanks for putting this together.

I'm willing to try the following fix to get the WiFi LED working:

but... I don't know what to do.

Can you send me to a how to for this?

I also want to get hard drive active disk protection working. I've followed several how too's but I couldn't get the daemon working.
