Does anyone has problems with Fedora 7 not recognizing all 3 USB ports on T60?

I have an issue where one of the usb port on the right is not activated when Fedora is booted up. I have my mouse attached to one of the port on the right.
It randomly support one of the 2 ports on the right.

i have had a problem where the usb ports cant charge my blackberry but all the ports do work
