Fedora 10 and Thinkpad T43

Hello to the forum.
With my Thinkpad T43 (2668-V2N) and Fedora 10 I have great troubles with suspend/resume: Suspend works, but resume freezes the notebook. Because I am new to Fedora 10 - I come from FreeBSD - I don't know which configuration files are responsible for suspend/resume.
Is there a documentation about suspend/resume on Fedora 10?
Btw. the BIOS and the firmware for the embedded controller are actual.
