Mandriva 2009.1 Spring just released

There are KDE 4.2.2 and Gnome versions available.

I just download the KDE Live CD, booted it up, and connected with my Sierra Wireless 881 AirCard using the Analog telephone modem (POTS) connection.

My preliminary observation is that it looks pretty good so far. 8)

I have just installed Kubuntu 9.04 and I even was able to make my wifi card work with ath5k driver without a hiccup. And now you posted this seductive link. I have had very nice experience with 2008.1 (even though only for a short while)...until it updated... But I guess this won´t be now much of an issue as Spring 2009.1 is still fresh and doesn´t have much to update :mrgreen: It´s a good job that I have a spare 320 GB HD, I wonder how many Linux distros it could take :jhem:
