Installed Ubuntu, now my x100e won't hibernate in Win7

Anybody have anything similar happen to them? Installing ubuntu was the only thing I did since this started happening, even though it seems like that should not affect anything under win7, so just in case I thought I'd ask here if anyone has had anything similar happen.

Found the problem, Grub finds the system partition and the actual c:\ partition and points to both, I was booting to the actual c:\ partition which I guess works fine in every way except for hibernation. If I boot to the first option, which is the system partition win7 creates, it hibernates just fine. Not sure if this is also a factor, but I installed ubuntu while my win7 was hibernated.
