How to reset the Ericsson F3507g Mobile Broadband Module

Hi,
I owe an X301 with the Ericsson F3507g Mobile Broadband Module. It sucessfully workied both in Fedora and in Windows7 (I used above all the GPS function). Following the instructions on Thinkwiki http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Ericsson_ ... and_Module I switched the power of by an AT+CFUN=0. Unfortunately I cannot power it on again, neither in Linux nor under windows. I tried to switch several times the wireless switch on and off, I rebooted several times, I used older kernels (I use 2.6.32.14-127.fc12.x86_64). On the same page the solution to poweron, that is

echo 1 > /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/rfkill/rfkill0/state

does not work since it controls the bluetooth device not the wwan. Any suggestion on what to try next?
