Suse or Red Hat enterprise?
For a while now I have been debating on this question...
Red Hat enterprise seems to have more admin tools, as opossed to Suse.
This will run either on a T30 P4 with bluetooth wifi and SXGA screen (I worried about the blue tooth and the Wi-Fi) or the T41; which my only cocern is the Wi-Fi.
I have also considered running Virtual PC and implementing both OS's
Any ideas or suggestions?

Suse vs RedHat, my opinion is neither, but if you absolutelly have to stick to one, suse will be much friendlier. As to loading it from external drive might just require loading proper modules to detect your usb drive, I don't really remember redhat/suse installers that much, so can't give you more info.
