I have two 512mb PC2700 sodimms. Guaranteed good working condition (pulled from T41p before selling).

One is IBM FRU 31P9833 (rebranded ProMOS) $40 shipped
Other one is Transcend brand. . $35 shipped

Uhhh... Wrong forum, especially since that memory won't work in a T60. Maybe post it in the "for sale" forum?
