I have a new IBM keyboard that was originally meant for my T42. I never installed it. It comes with printed instructions for T40 series and R50 series, and screw set.

Part number: 08K5015
FRU number: 08K5044
Model: RM87-US
Says "MADE IN THAILAND" on the label.
