X230 Battery Questions

Hi,

I recently ordered an X230 with a 6 cell X44+ battery and have a few questions.

-I would like to use the battery slice, however I do not want the X230's main battery to stick out (battery bump). Which cell count battery do I need to achieve this? Would my 6 cell battery sit perfectly flush with the laptop's design or stick out?

-For the battery slice, I have found multiple part numbers. Is there one that is more preferable than the other?

The only battery that will not stick out is the 4 cell.

The only battery that will not stick out is the 4 cell.

The 6 cell from X230 does not stick out from the back. It does raised, or stick out just a little bit from the bottom.
