X1C 2nd Gen Keyboard swap for 3rd gen

Hi all,

Considering picking up a cheap X1C 2nd gen and am concerned about the horrid keys on the keyboard (delete/backspace etc), can this be replaced by the 3rd gen keyboard?

No, it can not be done.

My advice: stay away from X1C Gen2, go to Gen1 or Gen3.
Or get its ancestor X1 (without the "Carbon"), it uses standard power supply, standard 2.5" HD/SSD and has a HDMI port.
Only do so if you can live with a glossy screen...
