The new kid: Thinkpad 755CDV *alot of pics*
I just got this mint 755CDV off eBay recently. All the pictures you could ever want. Best part: $69.
Good old raised logo
In case you had any doubt
TFT FTW
Question: What is this sticker?
Father-Son photos
CD-ROM
For blasting the Windows startup sound
Hide all the ports!!!!!
Or not...
Insert all the PC Cards!!!!
The almighty charger
Some strap for the LCD?
XBOX game port
Where the adapter party started
Black and White batteries
Under the hood!
Screen looks good
Any tips from other 755CDV owners?

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

Is there any advantage to a TV Tuner over just the normal Composite/S-Video in?

Isn't this the model with the removable back, for use with an overhead projector?
Demonstration pics would be nice.

It sure can, but I can't see how to get the back off. Also, I don't have a overhead projector
I think the absolute best part is that the clock battery held it charge, only 4 hours behind.

The only problem is the cd rom doesn't work. Found some NOS on eBay for cheap and will replace it.

Nice!
My sister once had a college professor with a 755CDV. She said his lectures were boring but was amazed at the laptop he put on top of the projector.
