HV150UX1-100 screen small black spots

I bought a HV150UX1-100 screen from ebay. Tested with my T60, the screen is fine but it presents a lot of black spots, like the one in the picture.

It is clear that the spots are under the surface and not matte layer. They seem to be dust under the surface, do you think they can be removed?

AFAIK not.
And I have had dozens of those screens go through my hands.
