If I am not wrong, the Ultrabay 2000 and Plus uses a possibly-standard 50-pin JAE KX15-50KLD IDE connector for connectivity, that should be this pin-out. The Serial Ultrabay Enhanced and Slim uses the standard 16-pin Micro-SATA connector for connectivity instead, which should be this pin-out. Is this what you are looking for?

EDIT: Incorrect assumption on my part for the Ultrabay Enhanced and Slim's connectors, it looks too identical. Recorrected it, I guess they don't really use standard connectors after all.

Ultrabay Enhanced and Slim use a different connector.

Ultrabay Slim/Enhanced at top, standard IDE at bottom: http://mcelroys.itprinciples.com/CIMG0460.JPG

Good god, that is definitely no standard IDE connector then. I suppose there isn't a pin-out for that proprietary connector, thanks for recorrecting me on that part though.
