Bought a Dead X1C1 for $18
It doesn't boot, but I do get a Green Light when I plug it in. What might it's problem be? I haven't taken it apart yet.

Replace the Mobo and call it a day.

That, I am doing. And the damaged AC Port, which probably was responsible for the original board dying.

Since RAM is soldered on that mobo, get one with 8GB.

Yeah- kinda odd how a board with 8GB soldered is worth as much as a 8GB Stick itself.

Great price for a X1C1.
I love this little beast, fix a few things and it'll run like a charm
I was thinking of getting a MoBo with 8 Gb RAM soldered to replace my 4 Gb, does anyone know where to search?
Will just swapping the MoBo be enough?
