Does anyone here have a T430 with an upgraded CPU and this screen controller + FHD IPS screen that has no flickering issues?
Yes. I made an in-depth post about it here.

Kit from e-qstore (I believe the original poster) with behind the display mounting, FHD B140HAN01.2, 3840QM, 16GB ram at 1866, discrete GPU, standard 90 watt adapter. Absolutely no flickering issues.

Absolutely no flickering issues.
May I ask how long you have the kit? Mine originally was not flickering either, it came after few months of usage.

And it doesn't flicker even when you charge the battery from eg. flat to 100%? Mine does flicker from 1 to few minutes after the charging starts. Apart from that, it's flicker-free.

I'm dissatisfied with the longevity of quality in these AUO panels.

I have a B140HAN01.1 in my T430.
I have a B140QAN01.1 in my T430s.

Within a month of installation they have each quickly developed pressure marks and scratches. I transport the laptop with the lid closed in a backpack, which is normal usage.

Part of the blame, I believe, goes to the flexible nature of the thin lids used in the designs of the T400s, T420, and subsequent models in those lines. These are not "true" clamshell lids, lacking the dust-protection of older models like T410, T500, and the IBMs, and the rigidity of those models with thicker lids (although they still develop defects). As a result the lid and the LCD within are easily and often deformed to flex, which I believe leads to formation of pressure marks and scratches as it bumps the keyboard.

I don't know if other manufacturer panels or specific models are more resilient.

The post was end of October, so most likely the beginning of October. I've been using it as both my primary work and personal machine, so it gets an almost constant all day/all week long use, and also rather abused since I lug it everywhere. If I ever do experience an issue, I will post an update.

I don't think my battery has ever been completely flat. As stated above, it's in almost constant usage every single day. The lowest it ever gets is ~40% on the train to work. There were maybe only 1 or 2 occasions where it was left unplugged by accident and died, but I didn't notice any flickering (not that I would have been looking for it, since I haven't experienced any issues in use). If you notice an issue with the battery very low, it could be a low voltage issue ... though I did have an issue with the laptop completely shutting off with the 3840QM + NVS at high load, but that was with a non-Lenovo and 6 cell battery (vs the 9 cell Lenovo battery). I never determined if it was the cell count or the generic battery, but if you have a knockoff battery I'd be weary of that.

Let me rephrase - does it flicker when you charge the battery? The initial battery value doesn't matter. Flat was just an example.

It's good to know that it can be achieved, but I wonder why so many of us fail to get that holy grail and have some kind of issues.

EDIT:

I've recently had to replace my motherboard. It's basically 1:1 with the old one (both have flashed modded BIOS v2.78), the difference the new mobo has old MEI firmware and it came with smartcard reader, so I connected it. I don't know if it matters, but I'm mentioning it anyway. The biggest difference is that the screen doesn't flicker at all even when the battery is being charged. Nothing, zero, nada. I have found my holy grail :)

EDIT 2:

It also seems that an issue with battery disappeared. It manifested itself at random times - battery being at a double-digit % charge was reported out of nowhere as nearly empty (between 1 and 3% I believe). OS warning was popping up and after few seconds passed the battery charge value was back to what it was. It was irritating, as I had to set critical threshold value in Windows to 1% otherwise the laptop could go to sleep because motherboard thought the battery was nearly empty. And I am 100% certain it was motherboard because I even ordered a brand new, original 9-cell battery because I thought the battery was at fault here. Nothing changed. Moreover, when I had a 2nd T430, same thing happened, although I'd say the problem surfaced at different battery charge levels if I remember correctly.

Maybe, just maybe, the part of mobo responsible for managing the charging/battery has something to do with the flickering issue, considering that it happens mainly when the battery is charged, not on cable-only or battery-only power.
