T450s camera issues, no Lenovo Settings found

Hi all,
I bought T450s with W10 and looks like it came with all Lenovo software, camera not working, I read about <Lenovo Settings> red icon to change privacy seettings, but I don't see it. I have bunch of all others though:
Lenovo PowerEngage
Lenovo QuickControl
Lenovo Microphone Mute
Lenovo AirBag protection !!!!! ))) even

Appreciate if somebody can help to find how find this Privacy settings.

Lenovo Settings is now called Lenovo Vantage; it's a modern app that can be downloaded from the Windows store.

Is anybody any other straightforward way to check Camera without Privacy settings ?

Win10 has a built-in Camera app, but if it's not working there, you may need to try the Lenovo software / re-install drivers (although generally Windows has those built-in).
