385ED nylon cover/keyboard screws

#1 Post by onespeedbiker » Mon Aug 19, 2019 4:27 pm

So, I have bought a 385ED off eBay (still waiting it's arrival). The LED displays #0161/#0163 and #8611 error codes when booted. The first two I believe to be a dead CMOS battery and the later a Trackpoint failure, and I have replacements for both. My question is about the nylon screws, as described by the manual, that hold on the keyboard assy. Are these the standard IBM nylon coated screws, or actual nylon?
