Hi Gang.

My X6xT collection just keeps growing and growing, with special thanks to AJKULA66, who contributed an x60T specimen, spare parts, and another side-deal battery.

Always a pleasure to deal with this gentleman, great communications, and a willingness to endure my questions and my incessant ramblings from "The Home!"
Dave,

The pleasure is at least partially mine, since you and I always end up concocting the craziest deals ever, but they work for us... :thumbs-UP:

I've also had great recent dealings with JohnD. and brucehe, kudos to both of these long-time-TPF-members.

I purchased a X301 from RealBlackStuff. The machine was better than described (in my opinion), well packed and shipping quickly. An all around excellent experience. I would buy from him again without hesitation, and recommend him to all as an excellent fellow to deal with.

Pleasure to have done business with user *SureshK* (SureshKaimal) and Monty (for the mods) on a slightly modded X61 T9300.

I'm glad you liked it, and hope if you see anything else you like that you won't hesitate to contact Monty and I again!

Thank you :D

I bought an X200s from brucehe. The unit was extremely well packed, shipped out quickly, and cleaner than it looked in the photos. The included battery is at nearly 100% capacity. Super easy to deal with. Thanks!

Thanks to forum user, TheForgottenKing, for our trades so far, including

- One standard s30 laptop
- Collectible X60-style Lenovo (Paper) Notebook
- One 10th Anniversary 701C photo-holder plastic model
- One 365XD (unfortunate outcome, but thanks for your patience and trust in my 2nd package).

Thank you to forum user, jeffbaichina, for a beautiful trade of the piano black Thinkpad s30. I'm glad to know it will live on with a user who I'm confident will take better care of it and continue to improve it for its lifetime.

Send pictures occasionally :D

Hats Off to Zogthegreat

He instigated a Just-In-Time Canada Post delivery of a poor, dilapidated, down-trodden, unwanted and unloved X61T, which is now (hopefully!) being given a new lease on life in my Emergency Recovery Room....currently on Planar-Life-Support, with generous daily infusions of new RAM sticks, alternative power supplies, assorted and sundry screen replacements, and possibly a heart-stopping hard drive replenishment.

Should the patient NOT survive these transgressions, the remains will be carefully detached and then dutifully scattered amongst its' various relatives, of which there are a sizable number here....

Thanks Bill for your prompt communication and shipping...your attention to detail may have just saved the poor thing's life

An additional thank you goes to a forum user, Screamer, for his two non-Thinkpad trades.

He (and family) are very flexible and it's helped me get a few things I wouldn't have access to otherwise. Thanks!

Something from the profile, by the way

As always, no problem. It is a pleasure to trade with you (much thanks for the G40).

You were very patient with the unexpected setbacks and delays that I had encountered, at least when I was trying to ship one of your items.

Hi Gang!

My tricked-out W530 has sold ( ) and a big shout-out goes to Colonel O'Neill for excellent communications, and speedy payment of both the deposit and final payment. Absolutely no hesitation in dealing with Jason again in the future should the opportunity present itself.

Thanks again Colonel O'Neil!!

Regards.

Big thanks to hwattys - very fast shipping on the 701C replacement parts, and he has made dead sure he's sending exactly the parts I want. I'm also very grateful for him sending a replacement part that I didn't recognize as damaged until too late even though I could've saved him extra shipping cost if I looked more closely at the original photos he sent.

Props to ckaufman - I was at first reluctant to make a purchase with money order, but he did well on his promise, and the machine arrived extremely quickly. According to him this is his first sale, and it continues his good reputation as a buyer. Well deserved, sir!

I also just concluded a transaction with this fine gentleman. He ordered a customized X201s. He was very patient as the parts arrived, and worked with me to get exactly what he needed. Upon receiving prompt payment, I found that he had sent over an extra $20 and a kind note, an example of generosity I have not yet seen before. So to him, and all who are like him, thank you for making the private trading world a better place.

Just bought a 365X from TheForbiddenKing. Very quick and painless transaction with him, even with all my incessant questions, would purchase from him again!
