I have a box full of old T61s for parts. Pretty sure I can snag one of these, but I will need to check to be sure it's what you need. ExpressCard/PCMCIA?

Yes, the expresscard/PC Card version is what I'm looking for. I think the FRU is 42X3827.

I'm about to take a box of Thinkpad stuff to the hazardous waste site, probably tomorrow. While most is T500/W500 stuff, I see an entire T61. No recollection as to whether it works or not, but I could certainly take it apart enough to scavenge the cage. But I'm anxious to declutter the house and get rid of the box ASAP.

Edit: I took it apart and set the card cage aside. The rest is history. If you want the cage, it's yours. FRU 42X3828 - not 27.
