Librescroll, another TPmiddle replacement

Found this yesterday at the Thinkpad subreddit: https://github.com/EsportToys/LibreScroll

Works on non-Synaptics Trackpoints-- I've tested it so far on an SK-8855 USB keyboard and works fine. It does x-axis scrolling unlike W10Scroll.

I did have to adjust some settings, as the recommended settings in the readme made it scroll way too fast.

X-Sensitivity: 90
Minimum X-Step: 10
Minimum Y-Step: 10
Flick Mode: No
ThinkPad Mode: Yes

Minimum X-Step and Minimum Y-Step were way too high. Set them to 5 for now.
