Т43 nmb keyboard (made in china) not nice, what replacement?

I replaced my T43 (14.1, 2668-VYU) keyboard before the 3yr warranty expired with a NMB made in china one (it has the blue coloured material under the buttons) and actually didn't feel any big difference.

Now in current days i experience some pain in the fingers from typing on this keyboard and i would like to change it. But I dunno with which one and for example i dunno if the thai NMB is any different form this and if i can find one somewhere (in marketplace here or ebay.. or else).

More over i have read here in the forums some controversial opinions regarding which keyboard is best, nmb thai.. or alps .. or other. I can give an example of a comforatable keyboard for me is like the one found on HP elitebook notebooks (like 8540w or 2760p, may be all elitebooks, i haven't tested other).

Do you have any suggestions which one to search for and where ?
