memtest86+ ... How long shold I run it for?

#1 Post by daeojkim » Thu Apr 07, 2005 12:25 am

I am running memtest86+ on A31p (P4-M 1.7GHz w/ 768 MB RAM)

How long should I run it for? I know that longer I run the better it is, but what is long enough?

12 hours? 24? 2 days? A week?

How many cycles???

Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks..

This tests the integrity of your RAM.
Runs 10 different types of test and tells you if it can detect any errors on the RAM.
