T43p Heating problem

T43p laptop becoming too hot at the bottom , i cant even keep it in my lap and the cpu temperature always stays at above 60 degrees in normal idling , i have replaced the heatsink paste but still it remains the same , please help me to solve this problem.

Have you cleaned the dustbunnies from the fan with compressed air? (holding the fanblades to stop it from over-revving)
Used decent thermal paste, such as Arctic Silver 5? (using no more than a rice-grain sized dollop)

yes i have cleaned everything but still remains the same and i have used a normal heatsink paste which i have brought from my local shop and the bottom of my laptop becomes too hot which is directly below the trackpad .

That's possibly your wifi card (or the Southbridge chip underneath it).
Click on Fn/F5 to switch wifi off when not in use (or at least OFF for 1 hour), see if that improves things.
If not, you may soon need another motherboard...
