A21p UXGA DBU or LG Screen

I was looking at the Hardware Maintenance Manual for my old A21p and noticed that there are two types of UXGA screens: DBU or LG. What is the difference and how do I tell which type is in my Thinkpad?

I believe that there's a program called "moninfo" - search the web for it.
