Thinkpad X120e WWAN question?

Hi,

I found a Thinkpad X120e 05962ZU it has WWAN support I'm very interested in buying it but my question is does it support HSPA? because i live in Kuwait and i need to know if the WWAN card is unlocked? Many thanks...

The TABOOK (http://www.lenovo.com/psref/pdf/tabook.pdf) says it has a 'selectable' GOBI 2000. The specs for this card says it supports HSPA (see http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Qualcomm_Gobi_2000).
2x Thinkpad W700 (Core 2 Extreme QX9300), W500 (T9900), X120e, 4x A31P (inactive)
