How do you start it?
For example
http://img.article.pchome.net/00/01/13/06/007.jpg
if after pressing acess ibm button you do not get an option to start(with f11?)
the recovery from predesktop in the menu with options f1 go
to bios,f12 select temp boot device ,
does that mean it has been written over(although with a boot undelete program you
can see still the predesktop folders intact- so perhaps a boot dvd could be made from that)
Or perhaps inside the bios, selecting setting -secure, or disabled instead of
Normal for access to the predesktop partition would change things?
(what exactly
those terms mean anyway-bios says:
secure=no change,(AND HIDDEN?)
normal=hidden from os,changeOk(YOU NEED SOME SPECIAL PROG TO CHANGE IT?)
disabled=not usable.visible and reclaimable(FIRST TIME BOOT TO OS WILL START OVERWRITTING IT)?
starting ibm predesktop ?
