The machine is in very good shape for a ThinkPad of this vintage. No wear on keyboard and palmrest, no signs of any GPU or SouthBridge issues, the LCD is still very bright with no dead pixels, pressure marks, hair particles or scratches. Plug in your own hard drive and enjoy.

known imperfections:

- Light wear and tear on the lid/bottom
- DVD multiburner has a mind of its own: reads the disks it wants to, and not all. No problem with DVDs, hit-or-miss with CDs...FIXED with a replacement drive
- Slight backlight bleed in the lower RH corner, visible on entirely black or extremely dark backgrounds only
