WTB: X61 or X200

Have been eyeing larger form factors (T61P, T400) but have finally decided highly portable and reasonably powerful is what I need. Hence, I'm looking for X61's and X200's with at least the following specs:

CPU: at least C2D 2ghz
Screen: at least wxga, sxga+ (I like hi res screens)
memory: at least 2GB
HDD: at least 100GB
Price: range of $300 (possibly a little higher depending on the config)

If you have something like this (s and tablet variants as well), let's see if we can't make a deal.
