Can't Contact IBM?!?!?!

well... i think i bought a Atheros mini-pci card from IBM, but i can't seem to get any information about anything! I went to "order status" on their website, and it gives me a "com.ibm.osiam.exceptions.OSIException" error. I try to call them (at 1888SHOPIBM), and it says the number has been disconnected.

I ordered last Sunday with 2 day air shipping, and i haven't even gotten a conformation that i bought it?!!?

school has started and i don't have internet (BAD thing)

Did you get a confirmation email? If not, your order probably didn't make it into IBM's system. I'd keep trying to call.

got a conformation for a quote that i never requested (?)... but i guess the order never went through

i am going to reorder on the phone on monday

(unless the price is different...)
