Thinkpad T61 - 250310U Advanced Dock Station - Dual Monitors

Hello -- I have a Thinkpad T61 with a 250310U Advanced Dock Station -- I am attempting to hook new Samsung E1920X monitors using the VGA output on the dock station to the VGA input on one monitor -- and the DVI output on the dock station and DVI input on the second monitor. I cannot get the monitor to detect the DVI connection. I have changed the BIOS setting in the laptop to VGA+DVI, but still no luck getting it to work. I believe an adjustment needs to be made to the laptop, but really not sure what to do at this point. Can anyone help?

Download and install the ThinkVantage Presentation Director from Lenovo support if it isn't installed yet. Run Presentation Director and set the notebook to use the VGA and DVI ports.
