LF: DDR SO-DIMMs 2 x 512Mb low density

As the subject line says, I'm looking for this RAM in either 2100 or 2700. I'm helping a friend with an old Toshiba Satellite and it will absolutely not take the high density chips. I actually picked up a pair on eBay at a good price, but the picture was an "example" and I received a pair that I couldn't use. Now I'm looking for replacements.

Please let me know what you have, how much you want and payment accepted.
