How to undock a T420

I've got a T420 instead of T60 at work.
On my new docking station there is no button to undock or any undock in the shut down menu.

So I put it to sleep and undocks.

But why is there no undock function?

By the way.. when i get home and open the laptop and logs on from sleep mode, my wireless is gone.
I then have to run the troubleshoot problems at the wireless icon.

It gives me a fix that i have to apply and then it's wireless on my home network.
Same procedure every time not only 1 time.

Why that?

The new dock can be hot undocked since there is no longer any legacy devices like serial, parallel ports etc.
