Problems with fingerprint reader

Hi!

I have some problems with the fingerprint reader:

It works perfectly when the notebook runs an battery. As soon as I connect it to A/C the fingerprint reader does not recognize me. It (nearly always) says: "Slower".

Does anybody have suggestions?
