WTB: T61 with webcam

I'm looking to buy a T61 with a webcam built in. A low end T400/500 would also do the trick but my max budget is $250 +- shipping. If it's a T61, I would prefer Intel graphics. A low-resolution screen would be a plus as would 15" but not mandatory. Anyone got something like that in really good shape?

Webcam was not an option on 15.4 versions of T61, only on 14" widescreen.

So, if you need a 15.4 with a webcam, you're looking at T500/W500...

FYI, 14" T61 & R61 WS models are nearly identical with the same rubberized finish. The R61 is 1/8" thicker. It also had the webcam option, so it's worth considering. The same is true with the 14" T400 & R400 WS models.

There were two LCD resolutions available with the webcam option, WXGA and WXGA+. Bluetooth was also optional with either.

There was a webcam option for 15.4" R61 models.
