Thinkpad W510 USB / Shut Down Problem

Hello ,
This is my first topic here , and i hope someone will help in my problem .
Two month ago , i realized that my USB ports does not work anymore , i cannot put the PC to sleep , and not even shutdown . The strangest thing is that this happen only when i am at work , once i come back to home , and after i force the laptop to shut down , everything is normal again , the USB ports works fine and no issue with the SLEEP and ShutDown .
I knew there is something that is causing that behavior , so i managed to found out what is the problem , untill i realized that once i connect to the internet at my Work , the USB ports doesnt work anymore , untill i force a shutdown to my laptop and disable the internet on my laptop and everything is fine . At home , i can connect normaly without any problem .
I think something on the network may be conflicting or something but i dont know how to detect where is the problem .
Please any advice or help .
Note that also if i scan for hardware changes at work , the device manager is stuck also .
