It is the customer's responsibility to destroy or safekeep the defective hardware. This machine also has Thinkpad Protection.

Condition is like brand new. Not a scratch or mark that I can find. I turned this X220 tablet on just a few times since I have had it. Includes the plastic bag with some Lenovo paperwork and a new sealed in the plastic bag 65W A/C adapter. No disks are included. Recovery partition intact. Office 2010 is preloaded. Your own key can be used or can be purchased. A trial is also offered. Create recovery media option is still available under Lenovo ThinkVantage Tools. Battery has 2 cycles with a first used date of 9-2011. LCD has no dead pixels that I can find.

Very good condition. Keyboard looks new. Few signs of use. Some top cover smudges normal for a used ThinkPad. 65W A/C adapter is included. No disks are included. According to the parts list the LCD FRU is 93P5669 which a Google search confirms that this X220 does have an IPS LCD.

Sorry for the confusion and misinformation.

TN it is. The LCD looks very nice. I haven't seen an X220 with IPS so I have nothing to compare this LCD to. I just checked the parts list and googled.

I checked the parts list of another X220 that lists the LCD as IPS. The information from that parts list is FRU 04W3462 LCD LGD.
